Where is the appropriate place to report bugs in Enlightenment DR16?

The only bug tracker I've been able to find is

http://trac.enlightenment.org/e/

which appears to be for Enlightenment DR17 only (as far as the available
milestones on the new-ticket form are concerned), and I haven't been able to
find any less formalized place to report them either. The top search results on
the subject are either the Debian or the Ubuntu bug tracker, of which the former
at least is useless because they've dropped the e16 package.

I've run across a minor build bug in 1.0.10, which from a quick glance at the
SVN repository doesn't seem to have been fixed there. I've found a fix which
appears to work for me, and I'd rather share it than just sit on it for myself,
but I don't see any apparent place to report such bugs.

The closest thing I've found is the fact that there is exactly one person listed
on the "Enlightenment Contact" page for e16, Kim Woelders. I could just report
the bug to that person by E-mail, but that seems like circumventing proper
channels, and I'd prefer not to do that unless there really *are* no proper
channels.
