The problem: some part of EFL that conf_wallpaper2 depends upon
(perhaps indirectly!), is trying to link with .la files that Debian has
gotten rid of.
Solution: you need to rebuild all of conf_wallpaper2's dependencies
with your current toolchain. (If I had to bet - you need to rebuild
exchange from PROTO.)
