Ok I see :)
About application sections, I think that it's something that could be
included in elfe. I could add sections in the "allapps" menu. and
present sorted applications

About "Files" menu, It should be included in elfe application menu too
as a specific section, even if i find that the curret file manager is
not really easy to use in touchscreen mode, but it's another story.

About Run everything : It could be fun if Every could take place on a
specific desktop. For example when you slide to the 1st desktop, it's
launched. It should be doable. I could add an e_action when you hit a
specific desktop and we could bind this action to the launch of
everything .

About Desktop and windows you seem not to need them :), but i'm
currently working on a composited winlist seleector, for select ans
close windows.

About Enlightenment : I have no idea for this menus.

About Configuration, you can add a config button in the illume top bar

About System : No idea, but we should be able to stop/reboot/suspend the device
