Yes. That's something I got too. The tty becomes unusable, with only about one in three typed characters being accepted as input. There are some other problems with elsa: 1. It doesn't seem to kill the dbus-launch programs after you exit your WM. 2. Some other weird problems: such as some kde programs such as okular fail to register with the dbus system after sometime (usually a couple of hours). I have come across this same problem once while using lxdm (lxdm itself has other problems). 3. Elsa does not restart after you restart X using Ctrl-Alt-Backspace. As of now, I think the main effort of the devs is towards EFL instead of e17 or elsa. So, wait a while while before bugging the devs ;) > I'm currently running gentoo and compiled elsa from the > enlightenment-niifaq overlay (if that matters anyhow ;-)) > > Regards, > Mr. Olli ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nokia and AT&T present the 2010 Calling All Innovators-North America contest Create new apps & games for the Nokia N8 for consumers in U.S. and Canada $10 million total in prizes - $4M cash, 500 devices, nearly $6M in marketing Develop with Nokia Qt SDK, Web Runtime, or Java and Publish to Ovi Store http://p.sf.net/sfu/nokia-dev2dev _______________________________________________ enlightenment-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/enlightenment-users
