I believe the focus bug depends upon the focus options (big surprise).
There are so many, it is hard to check all the combinations. I don't
get the bug when "focus.raise_on_next = 1" but I do get the bug when
"focus.raised_on_next = 0". Does changing this one option fix the bug
for you too?
