settings ("eesh show focus" and "eesh show warplist")?

Hmm.. yeah. I changed the pager behavior so that it will always use the
"live" mode in stead of the "snapshot" mode if compositing is enabled.
The reason is that in snapshot mode e16 will continuously scan the root
window in order to update the pager, whereas in live mode it will only
update the pagers if something changes. So, in live mode, when nothing
happens on screen, e16 (and possibly the X server too) will not run at
all, which saves battery in notebooks.
I hadn't thought about that this change affects how transparent windows
are shown in the pager. I'll take a look at that.
