It would appear that on Aug 15, Joe(theWordy)Philbrook did say:

I almost completely forgot that there is an option to enable a multi
button confirmation popup to the logout command that includes this. But My
problem is I find the mouse very uncomfortable to point at the durned
buttons. And there is nothing I can see to tell me which button will
"happen" when I press enter. With the simple yes/no confirm I simply hit
the tab once and I'm good. When there are several buttons with now visual
reference I tend to lose count of how many times I tapped tab and have know
way to know which button I'll effectively push when I hit enter.

I have a vague memory of once having an old e16 theme called detour that
did let me tell which button. but I had other issues at the time that cased
me to stop using it and now I can't seem to find any drop in themes at all
for e16 and certainly not an e16 version of detour... If there is an
available e16 theme which does provide visual indication of which button
has the focus without losing the ability to tell which menu item has it
That is preferably not all Gothic & black as seems to be currently popular
thing and doesn't mess with to much else, I'd love to know where to get
it and how to install it...
