Since I had posted about this pager issue which is perhaps a more general drag and drop issue, I received confirmation from another E17 user. Now I want to move this issue along but found that I cannot create tickets in the trac system.
Is there another bug tracking mechanism ? Alternatively, could a authorized trac user enter this ticket into the system, please, so it is not left behind ?
