if you want to resize with the keyboard... just bind a key (as opposed to
mouse button) and use thhat keybinding to start resize and then it will use they
keyboard for resize (arrow keys, escape to finish resize). check keybindings
config dialog. same for move.

as for resize with mouse on "lower corner" this is how e17 work by default out
of the box - same thing. bottom right - u'll get a mouse cursor change when
over the resize control, click and drag to resize. the bottom, bottom right and
bottom left resize in different directions. same with top, top-left and
top-right. e17's default theme has no left/right borders so you cant do that
there.
