well, i finally managed to solve this stuff. The issue came from PAM
side, not E (although E didn't worked properly with pam stuff).
I have to comment some lines in files "/etc/pam.d/common-auth" and
"/etc/pam.d/common-password" (all lines which include pam_ecryptfs)

wierd thing, those files was created with my user, but don't even know
what process created those files
