The xml format from yahoo hasn't changed. Have you tried nuking the
config for that particular module? (module.forecasts.cfg)

I would also suggest to not use the forecasts or weather modules if your
internet connection isn't always on (if you suspend, it just stops
working, etc). There seems to be a bug in ecore_con which causes e17 to
segfault.
