Another 1.3 pence :) Is this connected to the window focus issue
recently mentioned on this list? I.e some other process is grabbing
focus.  I haven't yet updated this week so the issue may no longer be
valid but whatever setting I make via the window focus configuration
utility new windows always get focus.
