animated icons dont suck cpu in hidden state. so i think this is as
good as it can be. but yea, animations still use too much cpu imo too.

thanks for the compliments :) though i dont understand what itask-ng has
to do with the problem you describe: it doesnt provide an own editor
for icons, so your problem seems to be with e's Desktop Entry Editor
