Ok, that's great!

in the grkrc of my theme i have this :
# menu icon size
gtk-icon-sizes = "panel-menu=24,24"

the icons, which I use, are the gperfection2 icons from Lockheed,
renamed by me. In this icon package, there are lot's of icons in the
size 16, 24 and 48, but there are not scalable icons. So in the
index.theme, the Type is set to "Type=Fixed".

In the favourite menu of E17, are my applications icons set to 24*24
with gtk-icon-sizes = "panel-menu=24,24" ? Because there are a little
bit blurred...

With which lines of gtk* can I change that ?

At the E17 startup, I launch gnome-setting-daemon (I saw your answer
with .gtkrc) and gnome-volume-manager. In the .desktop of these
applications I just put the name of the icon I want to use. So normally
the "best fit" icon is used. But in the startup E17 uses 48*48 icons (I
think) to display a little icon, so the effect is an blurred icon...

How can I fix that ? (Yes I can put the entire path of the application
in the .desktop, but it's not very clean...)

Thx for your interest

Have a nice day!
