Thanks, I thing i'll handle it manually. It looks I only need to update 
few libraries, namely

libattr1/etch uptodate 2.4.32-1
libc6/etch uptodate 2.3.6.ds1-13
libxext6/etch uptodate 1:1.0.1-2 (these are the versions I currently 
have installed)
