You can do so by saving the window preferences.
Right click on your window -> Remember
Then select preferably window type, or window class for type of way to 
remember, then select what you want it to remember.
After that, hit apply, ok, and try it out. Should work ok.

At E17 startup I'd like to start an application automatically
(e.g. xterm) with a certain geometry and sticky.

I know I can put the application I want to start into file .order in the
./applications/startup directory. But how can I control the
stickyness and geometry I'd like to have?
