Hi,
it seems this module isn't up to date. you need to
edit .e/e/modules/taskbar/module.desktop and add 
append Type=Link to it. To the configuration dialog you get 
with ALT + right click. This is at least what i see in the code, since I
didn't dare to start this module since a long time.

You might also consider to try itask:
