Currently, there is no API provided directly by EWL to set the window icon. Though it is something we should look to add in the future. For the time being, you could use the ecore_x functions to set the icon. Otherwise, E used to support setting specific icons based on window name, title and class, I believe it still has these capabilities, but I'm not sure how it's used with .desktop files now.
