I done things like you describe, but got another error:

from ecore.c:3:
/usr/include/bits/sigcontext.h:28:29: asm/sigcontext.h: No such file or
directory
sigcontext.h include asm/sigcontext.h, but i haven't this header.
Do you on current? Which glibc package you have? May be there are
Slackware-current problem?
