Iconify in enlightenment: CTRL + ALT + i
You can print the builtin documentation of e. There is a section with the
basic shortcuts. The only way I know to get all shortcuts at once is a
look in the keybindings.cfg.

for maximize I use the following command in my keybindings.cfg
__NEXT_ACTION
__KEY odiaeresis
__EVENT __KEY_PRESS
__MODIFIER_KEY __CTRL
__ACTION __A_MAX_SIZE available
btw: I use e16.
