since e is not involved in the drag & drop process - AND this is not on the
TODO list - no, it's not possible. to do this we woudl have to start listengin
into all dnd protocol and events on all client windows - we have no
infrastucture to do this and this isnt a terribly useful feature (as it coudl
EASILY get annoying). so i would say its usefulness it dubiou and its hard to
do aqnd there is no code to do it, and it isnt on the todo list... puts it out
of contention.
