that's what i meant - i could add parsing for the first space easily and stop
any form of matching after it - that would keep your icon in the match, but
adding command-line parsion (so it can tab-complete file paths etc.) isw where
life gets more painful. also this bears issues with history tracking - do we
track just the command, or the whole command + options? (exehist is intended to
track usage history and eventually allow e to do smart things like offer to put
the app in ibar for u if u keep running it very often - right now it's only
used to order matches so the most recently used come up listed closest to the
exebuf entry (so its less up/down arrow selections away)
