hi all,

I would like to change the theme of the menus, scrollbars, buttons etc. of my
applications. How would I go about doing this?

Specifically, I have found a lovely glassy looking theme in gnome that I want to apply to my (gtk) apps while inside enlightenment. Is this possible?
In your enlightenment startup script, you need to add a line that starts gnome's settings daemon, eg:

# /home/dan/.xinitrc
/usr/libexec/gnome-settings-daemon & # <==== this is the line you're after
xcompmgr -Ff &
gtkpbbuttons &
exec enlightenment-0.17

Note that your gnome-settings-daemon might be in a different location.
