I have never been able to disable the startup delay in E17 since it
first came out. Does
anybody know how to do it ? Seems there is a 1.5 minute delay after
starting E before
anything can happen. Wm seems to be alive but the gnome panel does not
start for about
a minute. I am using FC4 and gnome panel 2.10.1.
