Open an application that has no associated .eap file. Go to a terminal
and run e_util_eapp_edit, and create an eap for that application
(or create it in some other way, it doesn't really matter), give it an
icon, and save it in ~/.e/e/applications/all. Now try to close the
application. The application itself will close, but enlightenment's
border for the application will remain. Restarting enlightenment fixes
it. This only happens when running engage.
