I disabled all modules, disabled all startup items, disabled the splash screen, turned the framerate down to 1, and then ran a few tests. Attached are the gprof outputs for the tests. engage-focus-settings.gprof: After enabling engage, I started e, opened the focus settings dialog, and switched back and forth between basic and advanced settings around 50 times or so. nothing-focus-settings.gprof: Same as above, but without engage loaded. ibox-minimize-restore.gprof: After enabling ibox, I started e, opened gvim, and minimized it and restored it about 25 times or so. nothing-minimize-restore.gprof: Same as above, but without ibox loaded. pager-open-close.gprof: After enabling pager, I started e, and then opened and closed gvim about 25 times or so. nothing-open-close.gprof: Same as above, but without pager loaded. Let me know if there is anything else I can do. Jesse ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the JBoss Inc.
