Hi, this is the issue I'm having.

I have two setups of e16. One of them (slackware box) of them works fine, but on the other (crux box), the right character of certain characters of entries in my menu bar are kind of cropped off. eg. the 'm' of eterm. eg. the 'user list' title of the menu is pretty unreadable, and akin to something like 'User..Is' I've also found this phenomena in the user configuration dialogue box labels.

If it helps, It's akin to something I discovered just now for the first time, on my slack box... while trying the #enlightenment irc channel in xchat - certain characters (capital N, 2,..) have the right side trimmed off, although not as dramatically as in the menus (in the menu's, it's just the final character of the sentence..). I can live with the xchat glitch, but the menu issue on the crux box is quite startling.

In regard to changing themes, different themes with different fonts have exactly the same issue - the final menu/titlebar character is cropped.

I mentioned I'm using crux - it's a portage distro, and therefore I'm using the later (latest) versions of all the required libraries than slackware, so I'm thinking that it's probably not a version issue thing.

If any more information is required, just let me know,

and thank's sincerely for your help.

                                                    rx
