i also guessed it would be smth. with the theme.
so i did a " mv .e .olde " in my home dir. without luck.
i just build a new set from cvs with the same ( and more... ) prob.
but whenever i install the apps ( e, e_utils, e_modules, engage ) newer
than 8/18, i have no pointer.
it sais smth. about " no xinerama extension on display 0:0 " and " no
default mouse pointer "
( sorry, i couldn't copy the exact error here )
i'm going to upgrade e, e_utils, e_modules, engage apart to see which is
causing this ghost pointer.
more on that later.
btw.: am i the only one with a missing pointer.?

also, could it be that my way to update is no good?
i update the cvs tree, and run ./autogen.sh ; make; make install ( as
simple as possible ) in
every dir. i need. ( in the right order )
could there be the error ?

also i noticed that, when i load the engage module, it won't show up in
the menu editor anymore ?
it always did and i don't remember doing any configuration for that.
am i missing smth. here ?

oh..ok...i'm not yet up to theme editing right now, but it looks
interesting.
i'm sure gonna try that in the future. :)
