increase the transition times? (they are in seconds). edje is timed and thus
runs at the speed you tell it to - ie it transitions from state to state over N
seconds. speed of cpu/gfx card etc. simply affect how jerky or smooth it is
and/or how much cpu is consumed trying to meet the target framerate set by the
application (e17 by default sets a target fps rate of 30 fps).
