then removing iconified windows from the winlist is the option you want. the
problem is once an app is iconified it does NOT belong to a desktop. uniconify
will display it on the current desktop. conceptually when its iconified it
belows to another group of apps that's "iconfied" that doesnt belong to
desktops. i might be able to do something but for now i'll leave this :)

are they blocked for the user or application to move? if it's blocked for the
user then cleanup shouldnt move it. otherwise it should (i may have missed this)
