No, they just don't get loaded by default as every loaded module takes
a certain amount of memory when it's loaded. So the goal is to keep
that as low as possible and only enable some 'showcases' by default

/usr/lib/enlightenment/modules_extra/ is the default dir for extra
modules (at least gentoo's e_modules)
