I see this behavior when I do either of the following:
1. I start a GTK2 app as the only window on a desktop, then close it
2. The last window that I close on a desktop is a GTK2 app
My keybindings work again when I do either of the following:
1. Switch to another desktop with a window open
2. Open another application using the mouse
Restarting Enlightenment from the menu doesn't work.
The behavior is the same whether using default
or custom keybindings/system-wide or per-user.
That should be fixed now.
