the "Configration Panel" is detected differently from the "Run Command"
and the "Edit Icon" features in menus.

Once installed the "Configuration Panel" items will be visible. However,
the others (exige e_util_eapp_edit) need to be in your path when e17
starts, so I guess they are not in the PATH environment that e17 sees on
startup...
