Every __BORDER_PART has a certain __ACLASS (actionclass) & _ICLASS (imageclass). The button you want to change has got the actionclass ACTION_KILL & the imageclass KILL. The __TOPLEFT* options set, where the button (or the image of the button) is located. I've attached a new border.cfg (for the theme 23_Ounces_Of_Glass, I hope this is the right one) where the kill-button is located at the most right position and the lower-button is on the old position of the kill-button (I've flipped the two buttons).
