Hello Fedora Jim!
If you want to setup keyboard shortcut
fast, download enlightenment-conf. There's version 0.15 lying around
on the net. It's cool GUI which enables you to set keyboard shortcuts
fairly rapidly.
The E team has stopped development of e-conf but it's still works
pretty well w/ the latest e16.
If you want to get engage in your fedora box, follow the instructions at
http://sps.nus.edu.sg/~didierbe
And if you want to get some insight on how to configure icons and
stuff, check out atmos page at:
http://www.atmos.org/edje/
Check the "engage" section. Untar the creepy engage tarballs and
others. There should be some tools inside for self-explanation.

With kind regards,
Didier.
