I have an Eterm question, and that appears to be one of the uses of
this forum. My apologies if I'm in the wrong place.

I'm trying to get Eterm running after my machine got RedHat Enterprise
installed on it. I was able to successfully install all of the
following rpms, using rpm -i, with no complaints:

imlib2-1.1.2-2.1.el3.dag.i386.rpm
imlib2-devel-1.1.2-2.1.el3.dag.i386.rpm
libast-0.6.1-1.i386.rpm
imlib2-loader_jpeg-1.0.3-1.i386.rpm
imlib2-loader_png-1.0.3-1.i386.rpm
Eterm-0.9.3-1.i386.rpm

Eterm runs, but it has a black background and spews the standard list
of "No loader available for that file format" messages. The file
loaders exist. There's a whole pile of them (not just jpeg and png)
in /usr/local/lib/imlib2_loaders/image. I even symlinked
/usr/local/lib/imlib2_loaders to ~/.loaders. No luck.

Can anyone tell me why Eterm isn't finding its loaders, and how I tell
it where to find them?

Thanks very much,

       Seth McGinnis
