Read the first page and configure your yum/apt accordingly. then do a

yum check-update [followed by a]
yum install imlib2

or with apt:

apt-get update
apt-get install imlib2

(yum is installed by Default in Fedora)


Read about the path problem on the first page. If you still have problems,
you can stil get back to me, desbcribing accurately what's wrong. :-)
