Upgraded to 16.7.1 via FreeBSD ports and noticed that my Windowmaker Dockapps no longer display properly and do not respond to input. Just for grins, I have recompiled a couple of the Dockapps with no change. I have not had a chance to try this setup on my Gentoo linux box.
