I often think it is best if epplets could be transparent and borderless. I use a cup monitor epplet which looks like burning fire, if without border, and become transparent, it looks perfectly fit to my desktop background of a magic woods. There is a magic network load monitor, if without the border and background it is truly magic. And the moon clock epplet, if it is transparent I could hang it on the sky of my desktop background. Also imaging a rolling rock epplet which rolls faster when cup load is high (there is a windowmaker dock application rolls a square when cpu is high), all these fancy eye-candy need transparent epplets.
Is transparent epplets planned in E17? Since enlightenment is already the most beautiful window manager why not add this small cool feature?
(And how many years do I still have to wait for E17?)
