Such pre4's behavior is also usefull when I need close some window. Just
two click on top border - right+left (first string of window menu is
Close)
In default theme (winter) user has not narrow borders. I think it'll
more usefull for user to have a cursor on first line in user's menu when
it appears.
Yeah, it's a bug that was introduced in pre5.
For now all you can do is to use a theme where the menus don't have a
top border.
