Rerun autogen.

And the other problem Window placement (I think that's the term), is again off, at least for motif apps. It seems that whenever I call a certain right-click menu from maya (the hypershade one is the one I've tested), everything thing freezes, untill I go a VT and kill maya. Please fix the WP and stop messing with it anymore, its counterproductive :)

What is counterproductive is replying to mails like this.
You are whining about an application which I cannot get my hands on and
provide next to no details so this is all entirely useless.

If you are running code out of CVS you have to expect bugs to pop up now
and then. You can then
- Submit a patch fixing the problem.
- Report the problem, preferably in the bug tracker. The more details
you provide, the more helpful it will be.
- Use a working version, use another WM, whatever, but keep your trap
shut if you don't intend to help out.

If you actually do want to be helpful in this particular case, you can
start out by making a bug report containing the exact CVS checkout time,
a screenshot, and dumps of xprop and xwininfo for the badly placed windows.
