Well, I tried compiling the latest enlightenment from source, but configure fails with a fatal error that 'imlib2' is missing. However, I checked, and imlib2 is in fact installed. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it from rpm, but the enlightenment configure still failed with that same error.
Could you be missing the imlib2 development package? If not, where is your Imlib2.h file?
