Hi!No. You must have imlib-devel (imlib2-devel won't do).
For a variety of reasons, I've re-installed my system and put RH9 on it.
I wanted to re-build e since I'm seeing a few bizzare shading artifacts.
However, when I go to build fnlib-0.5 and e, they run imlib2-config and dont like the output. What they say is:
checking for IMLIB - version >= 1.8.0... no *** The imlib-config script installed by IMLIB could not be found *** If IMLIB was installed in PREFIX, make sure PREFIX/bin is in *** your path, or set the IMLIB_CONFIG environment variable to the *** full path to imlib-config. configure: error: *** IMLIB 1.8 not installed - please install first ***
Seeing that I built this fine on RH8, I'm confused as to what is going wrong here.
The README for fnlib-0.5 says it requires imlib 1.1 or later. I've got imlib-2 version 1.1.0. Shouldnt this version of imlib work OK with imlib2?
You could also consider simply installing the RH9 rpm's from SourceForge.
