I've actually been wondering the same thing. I'm having the same problem with menus
opening up to greater than the size of the screen, and then vanishing.
It appears that the newly created menu never gets the focus, so it gets collapsed
again and you get sent back to the parent menu. I've played with the focus settings
and everything, hoping that it would help, but no.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to make E play happy with really long menus? It'd
be really appreciated.

Sorry if this has been covered, but I just started using E in Libranet
linux (Debian) and when I open the Debian menu option from the middle
button and descend to an actual menu containing programs, the menu
radically scrools off the top of the screen and disappears! Is there a
fix? or am I just stuck without my debian menu.
 Thanks!
 Ken
