[e-users] is anybody running this show?

i've been all over the listinfo page, and can not find an option to unsubscribe to this list.  Am I doomed to a lifetime of spam from this list in addition to the spam i already get on my own?  HOW DO I GET OFF THIS LIST?????   cordially   bjenkins
