Edit the menus in your ~/.enlightenment directory (assuming e16).

For e17, you need to create your ~/.e/desktop dirs, and grab a copy of the 
build_app_menu_db.sh script from wherever your install put 
e17/share/enlightenment/data/scripts.

Then edit and run in your ~/.e/behavior dir, and it will create the apps_menu.db file 
(which you can edit with a couple of different e apps).
