I have E16.5 - does it supporting EWMH? And what is EWMH ?

Now I'm running script 
xxkb &
gkrellm &
acme &
gnome-settings-daemon &
kdesktop
kicker
exec enlightenment

That fix my problem, but I like to any suggestions...
