The fix for this from Mike is in master now. When I tried to cross compile efl for windows yesterday I ended up in a different error (undefined reference with some Clipboard symbol). This happened for *both* autotools and meson builds. Which tells me that autotools and meson builds are on par right now and its no blocker for the autotools removal. Having said that there are a few items that need to get resolved before we can remove it.
