Yes, it's because the patch set dependency (i.e. "Added caching") had another 
patch set submitted in the mean time into Gerrit, which automatically marks the 
current dependency as "OUTDATED". Simple rebase will fix it :)

Yes, we're aware of this, GWT + HTTPS + IE8 is a tricky combination, we can fix 
it in a separate patch.
