Abandoned Will not be used. Current strategy w.r.t to pki rollback: It's not transactional We do all pki immediately, not using the main transaction. This means that if we try to rollback after pki is done, we simply do not roll it back, hopefully leaving it in a state that a next setup attempt will deal with cleanly.
